This year, from the days 4 to 8 of December, Design Miami 2019 celebrates 15 years of honoring contemporary design in the city of Miami. A global forum of modern design, so save the date for having your eyes completely mesmerized by the most audacious and inventive pieces of the design world.

Design Miami happens alongside Art Basel in Miami and Basel each winter and summer. This design tradeshow is the global forum for a contemporary design where you can witness the best of design and all the novelties that await to be released during the year.


At Design Miami, Louis Vuitton will exclusively present the ‘swell wave shelf’ by Andrew Kudless, the designer’s debut for the Louis Vuitton Objets Nomades modern art collection.

At this year’s Design Miami, The Future Perfect Gallery is featuring the “Nalgona Chairs” by Chris Wolston.

Todd Merrill Studio presents Brecht Wright Gander’s Flow Series center table with a super colorful contemporary design, at the fifteenth edition of Design Miami.

At this year’s edition, Salon 94 Design Gallery features Jay Sae Jung Oh’s Savage Chair, made from thrifted plastic objects that are amalgamated together and wrapped in natural raw leather cord.

“BODY 16-1” by Chie Aoki pursues the means of unifying the expression of the human body with abstract forms. Presented by Sokyo Gallery at Design Miami, Aoki implies complex human relationships in which the self and the other tend to pull each other into the darkness of love and hate while hoping to understand each other.

For the first time at this art fair, Gallery Scene Ouverte presents modern art pieces by Lea Mestres and William Coggin Ceramics.

Erik Thomsen will be featuring this Japanese flower basket “Morning Light” at this year’s edition of Design Miami by Iizuka Shokansi.
