2020 will be a big year for architecture art. From Pearl River Delta’s tallest building ever to be built finally ready to be unveiled in China or Expo 2020s incredibly colorful pavilion in Dubai. Are you ready to see amazing masterplans for 2020’s contemporary architecture?

For 2020, design studio PLP designed a very modern architecture plan in China. The master plan comprises four buildings: the Platform for Contemporary Arts, the Lizhi Park Tower, the Concourse, and the Nexus – a 600-meter tall office and hotel tower that will be the masterplan’s centerpiece and the region’s tallest skyscraper.

Once complete in 2020, the large-scale modern art project will feature a 2,000-seat performing arts auditorium and exhibition pavilion, public mosque, and central energy plant in addition to the office tower. An architecture art project that will certainly make a difference in Jakarta’s art range.




The centerpiece of the 2020 Olympic Games, Tokyo Olympic Stadium is set to be opened at the end of 2019-beginning of 2020. The 60,000 capacity stadium, was designed by a local architect Kengo Kuma. This architectural project replaced the original design created by Zaha Hadid Architects.


Spire London, a 67-story, 861 Suites tower is set to change London’s skyline in 2020. The Skyscraper will soon take the title of Western Europe’s tallest residential tower. Spire London is designed by award-winning architecture art studio HoK and renowned interior designer Nicola Fontanella from Argent Design.
