After presenting the sexiest stand at Maison et Objet 2019, Houtique officially introduced the Déjà Vu bar stool designed by the Valencian studio, Masquespacio. This design event was not only the perfect place to follow the trends but also to present the brand’s new designs.
Houtique’s co-partners, Masquespacio, designed the Déjà Vu stool following Houtique’s colorful fringed personality and inspired by the overwhelming and mysterious sensations produced by déjà vu.

Designer and Co-Founder Ana Milena Hernández commented on the design inspiration for the stool, says that she never trusted those stories full of mystery that some people love to tell. The stool’s name is very self-explanatory, Masquespacio‘s design throwbacks to those moments where someone says that they have experienced, lived, dreamed about that thing, idea or moment, but they actually have not. They have the sensation they had already gone through that moment but in fact, it is a brand new one, it just only feels like repetition.
She describes this modern art collection as a Deja Vu feeling, as a result of a strange dream, a dream that has come true, and I Lobo You is completely in love and can already imagine these gems in your home design!
Having in mind a stool with a contemporary design and color that fits in all of the interior design, Houtique offers multiple color combinations for eclectic stool, you just gotta pick your favorite one and let this Masquespacio‘s piece shine on its own.
